Dr Lemmer has been involved with new company set-ups, restructuring of companies and company development for more than 15 years and wrote a book called “Business in Varsity”. This book was never published as he decided that it would help people more to be actively involved in setting up their own company than to just read a book. This was the start of the Academy.
