Terms and Conditions

  1. Credit Approval
    Approval is subject to affordability assessment and credit checks in accordance with the National Credit Act.
  2. Repayment Options
    • 3 Months – 0% interest
    • 6 Months – 7% interest (fixed)
    • 12 Months – 18% interest (fixed)
  3. Late Payments
    Late or missed payments will incur additional interest or penalties as permitted by law.
  4. Default and Legal Action
    In case of default, BIP Varsity reserves the right to initiate recovery actions including blacklisting via credit bureaus and pursuing legal collection procedures.
  5. Cancellations
    If the student withdraws within 7 days of course commencement, only a 25% administration fee will apply. After 7 days, the full fee remains payable.
  6. Right to Information
    The responsible party has the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
  7. Certificate Release
    Certificates of completion will only be issued once full payment has been received and the course is completed.
  8. Jurisdiction
    Any legal disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the Republic of South Africa.
