IgniteFuture™ is a transformative youth program developed by BIP Varsity, South Africa’s pioneering business education platform focused on entrepreneurship, life skills, and personal development. Through this initiative, we provide learners from Grade 8 to post-matric gap year with the tools, mindset, and real-world knowledge to thrive as confident, capable young adults who can build, lead, and innovate in their communities and beyond.
Who Is It For?
IgniteFuture™ is designed for learners aged 13 and up, specifically those in Grade 8 through Gap Year. Whether your child is just starting high school or preparing to transition into adulthood, this program meets them at their level with age-appropriate, skills-based learning that inspires action and long-term success.
BIP Varsity: The Power Behind the Program
Founded and led by Dr. Victor Lemmer—a respected academic with a BCom in Marketing & Accounting, an MBA and PhD in Business Administration (University of Virginia), and a Bachelor’s in Theology—BIP Varsity is committed to addressing South Africa’s unemployment crisis through entrepreneurship education and practical life coaching. Dr. Lemmer is also the author of Business in Practice and Management in Practice, both of which have made a significant impact nationally and internationally.

The IgniteFuture™ Course Journey: A Year-by-Year Pathway
