Founded and led by Dr. Victor Lemmer, BIP Varsity is built on decades of hands-on business experience. Dr. Lemmer is an entrepreneur, business strategist, and author who has successfully owned and managed multiple companies across various sectors, including retail, hospitality, consulting, and education. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Accounting, an MBA, and a PhD in Business Administration, with his research and professional work centered on entrepreneurship development and sustainable business growth.
