orkplace & Career Skills is a vital life skills course that prepares Grade 10 learners for real-world work environments. Furthermore, it provides practical knowledge and hands-on experience, helping learners build confidence, competence, and essential workplace skills.
Through self-directed modules, students explore career options, learn to write professional CVs, succeed in job interviews, and behave appropriately in diverse work environments. They also develop skills to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks.
The course equips learners with confidence and essential soft skills for part-time work, internships, bursary applications, or future employment. Additionally, it encourages personal responsibility, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving to help learners succeed in both work and life situations.
