The General Aptitude Test, developed by Dr. V. Lemmer, Business & Life Skills Coach, is a professional entry-level assessment designed to give both parents and individuals a clear, structured understanding of natural abilities, strengths, and development areas.
This test provides a comprehensive evaluation across five key dimensions of intelligence and decision-making:
- Numerical Reasoning – problem-solving and working with numbers.
- Verbal Reasoning – comprehension, vocabulary, and communication ability.
- Abstract Reasoning – logical thinking, patterns, and creativity.
- Situational Judgement – real-life decision-making, ethics, and responsibility.
- General Knowledge & Critical Thinking – awareness, problem-solving, and broader reasoning.
With 100 questions carefully designed to cover all these areas, the test takes about 90 minutes to complete. Each participant receives a personal assessment and feedback session conducted by Dr. V. Lemmer, who combines years of experience in business coaching, life skills training, and youth development to provide individualised guidance.
